Ornate Celtic silver cross pendant

The Celtic cross or "Ringed" cross is said to have been created linking the life-giving properties of the sun with this symbol of Christianity. Although much of the history around the Celts has been lost, there is also a widely held belief in the circle as a symbol of unity and inclusion and the Celtic cross became as much a symbol of Celtic identity as of religion.
