You will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your order. Please check that all details are correct and contact us immediately if there are any necessary alterations or adjustments to the order.

Please ensure you order your correct ring size and please note that some ring styles are not re-sizeable.

It is a good idea to measure the finger at the end of the day, when the finger is at its largest, and not to do it when the finger is cold, as this will make it unusually small. Bear in mind that finger sizes change throughout the day. Please also note that if you are ordering a very wide ring you may need a bigger size as it will cover a larger area of your finger. Please note it is your responsibility to measure your fingers correctly and provide us with the correct size to work to and we cannot be held responsible if you get your size incorrect.. Most jewellers will be happy to measure your finger for you (please inform us whether the sizing has been done to ‘leading edge’ or ‘centre’, or alternatively we will gladly send you a free ring sizer on request

If you are buying a ring as a surprise, you could obviously ask a friend of your partner’s for his/her ring size or take one of their current rings to a jewellers for sizing.
Failing this option the ring can be slid down a tapered candle or down your finger, then the circumference of the candle or the point of your finger measured.

We can convert a circumference measurement, American sizes, European ring sizes and Japanese ring sizes to the correct British ring size for you or alternatively you can use the conversion chart listed on our information page.
A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted by us and once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer.

If you prefer you can order by phone on 01273 583485
Or by email: info@jewelledraven.com

Please state the item code, size, description and finish as accurately as possible, and have your card details ready for payment. We are more than happy to assist you with your choice of item and provide you with any help we can.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Bespoke Orders
We have an excellent reputation for bespoke design and can use a computer aided design process to render images of more complex commissions for you to see during the bespoke design process.

Once the details of your design have been agreed and verified we will send you a written confirmation of this, with an estimated delivery time, and we request that you send a reply email declaring acceptance of the design and terms of the special order. Once the non refundable, 50% minimum, deposit payment has been received, the order will be processed.

Full payment will be requested once the piece has been completed and the jewellery sent out once this payment has cleared. All designs are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
Recycling and Rejuvination Terms & Disclaimer
We applaud recycling wherever possible and would encourage you to breath new life into old metals and stones. At the same time we cannot take responsibility for materials not supplied by ourselves and whose provenance is unknown to us. As we cannot guarantee their quality or properties, all customer stones are set at their own risk and we do not accept responsibility for any damage that may occur during the manufacture process.

We guarantee to use the actual stones sent to us, but take no responsibility for their authenticity or integrity. Set diamonds will be tested pre removal from their mounts.

Any metals sent to us will be tested and the customer informed of their type and worth. Again, we will not accept liability should a metal not turn out to be as the customer believed, for example a rhodium plated silver ring may initially look like Platinum (though its weight will differ significantly), but it is still only a silver ring and valued accordingly.

Images may not be to actual size. Some manufacturing processes and natural materials, for example certain mark making techniques, finishes or gemstones, are more liable to variation than others.
