The curving shape of this raindrop, from Annika Rutlin's Monsoon Collection, flatters the hand as it moves the eye along the finger rather than cutting straight across. This wonderful design features the dark swirling pattern of the Monsoon with polished sterling silver contrasting strongly against the oxidised recesses in the droplet.
This piece is from Scandinavian Designer Annika Rutlin's Monsoon Collection. Inspired by the whirling winds and rain experienced during the monsoon season. One side is smooth and serene - the calm before the storm. The other is shadowy and forceful, with light swirls rising from a dark oxidised background, encapsulated within a droplet shape.
